Balayai Technologies provides specialized business productivity software, accounting solutions, and software development services, including:

• Balayai GST Billing: Free GST invoicing, billing, and inventory tracking for Indian businesses.
• Daily Account Book: Digital khata, cashbook, and ledger management.
• VyajBook Ledger: Loan calculation, interest ledger, and credit record management.
• Daan Patra ERP: Donation receipts, 80G documentation, and trust expense tracking.
• Custom Software & AI Development: Custom web apps, mobile apps, and business automation solutions.

3. Local Data Storage & User Responsibility

Our software applications are built on a local-first architecture. This means:

• Your financial entries, bills, parties, and ledger entries are saved locally on your computer or mobile device.
• You are solely responsible for creating regular backups of your records using the export features provided within the software.
• Balayai Technologies does not hold copies of your business data and cannot recover lost data caused by clearing browser cache, formatting devices, or hardware damage.

4. Accuracy of Calculations & Tax Compliance

While our software tools are designed to perform accurate calculations (including GST, interest calculations, and donation balances), users are responsible for ensuring that all tax percentages, invoice details, and legal filings comply with relevant statutory rules and Indian Tax Laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All software source code, user interfaces, branding, logos, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Balayai Technologies. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the applications for their business or institutional operations. Unauthorized reverse engineering, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Availability & Disclaimers

We strive to keep our web applications fast, reliable, and continuously accessible. However, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Balayai Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of business profits, or unforeseen interruptions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patan / Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
